Grovelands is well placed for businesses based in or travelling from across Northamptonshire, with easy access via the A5 and M1 J18.
Renewable energy
Grovelands Business Park runs on electricity generated by its own 1.5MW on-site solar farm, completed in 2023. That means the offices here are powered by clean, renewable energy — not a green tariff bought from a supplier, but actual solar power generated on the land surrounding the park.
For businesses with sustainability targets, ESG commitments, or simply a preference for working somewhere that takes its environmental responsibilities seriously, Grovelands offers something most business parks in Northamptonshire cannot: genuinely renewable, solar-powered office space.
The solar farm was the natural next step for a site that began as a farm and has always been shaped by the land it sits on. It reduces carbon emissions across the whole park and keeps energy costs stable for tenants — a practical benefit as well as an environmental one.
